On the 25th of June we carried on doing our pixel art. We went into Manukau and our teacher handed it out the paper to colour on. I got my paper and I got some colouring pencils to colour in the paper. The teachers got us to colour in paper because after we colour it all in, we put it together to make a massive picture. My picture was kinda weird because it was nearly all read and alittle bit of green and black for the outline. We coloured in the binary code paper.

I started colouring the red and everyone was asking for my sharpener. I sharpend my red colouring pencil 10 times. We had to colour in specific colours like 11111 is white colour. My colouring pencil was so little like tinny twig. I tried my hardest and it turned our great. It took me two sessions to finish it and my arm felt good after because it was hurting when I was colouring hard. My friend was doing super good because he was doing it so hard and no white spaces. Online Toolkits

Online Toolkits

I am going to share what we did for online toolkits. On Thursday some students were chosen to present the toolkits. We got the hall ready for the toolkits. After we did the role we sat in the hall and we brought our chromebooks with us too. We went on the toolkits site and we started our meet with people from other schools. The first meet for me was about word cloud. In word cloud you add heaps off words and it mixes it up into shapes you want. I did my one about school and I did a smiley face because it looked very cool.

After that we had to write a description of the thing that we just learnt. For the second meeting it was about incredibox and we had to wait for the presenters to come into meet so other people can come in. After they had stopped presenting, they said we can play around with the tools to come up with our own music. They explained how to unlock a tool which would lead to a short film with the music. It was very cool. We have to do a description of what we did on every activity.

For the third and last meet it was about newspaper bingo and the presenter took very long to sign in. Once we got in she started talking about how to make a newspaper bingo on a google drawing. I did my bingo about maths, reading and writing and what we were learning in class. We had to make smiley faces to put on if someone completed it. There was only one presenter because I think the other one was away. It was super fun because people presented and their ones looked very cool. At the end of the day I learnt new things and it was very fun doing different activities. When we were done we had our last meet with all the schools and they said we had to complete a servey to get a badge. We had to take all the chairs and all the tables back to class and our chromebooks and headphones. Everyone had fun and they felt happy to meet other school and learn other stuff.

Week 8 Creations slideshow

Week 8 Creations slideshow

Week 8 was another cool and awesome week because we played a cool game of soccer and we played a cool game of four square too. Today I felt good because I was playing with my friends and I was laughing with my friends because they are super funny. I did all my work this week except monday because it was the Queens birthday. On the cover of the week 8 creations slideshow it is redish and pinkish too. My favourite part is when we put the pictures because I am really good at adding images on the slideshow. At the end of the week it feels good because I did heaps of work and it payed off because we can sleep in. The link to my post lockdown creation slideshow is on the picture.

Week 7 Number 4 Creation slideshows

Week 7 was my first week of school and it was super fun because We did heaps of fun things like mindfulness and running around the whole school. It was also fun because the bush is open but only at morningtea time and me and my friends played a game of baketball, it was SUPER fun. We did our work on the number 4 creation slideshow and I had to practice my poem and we did awesome art. We also did creative writing and I wrote about this big black creature but it looks like a tadpole following a small boat and we did some skipping after we did P.E. Blog you later!!!
