Super market trip
On the 23rd of October we went to the supermarket and my mum took some people in my class. We arrived at the super market and we started with the dairy stuff. I chose milk because you should drink it everyday so you can stay healthy. For the 'sometimes' food I did chocolate yoghurt because it is bad if you have it everyday so you should have it sometimes so you can stay healthy. The next section was cereal and I did weetbix because it was healthy and thats what you should have everyday if you want.
Our group went to the bread section to look for a healthy bread and sometimes food too. My healthy food was lower in carbohydrates because it had seeds and it was brown and healthy too. I chose abes bagels because sometimes I eat them for breakfast and for snacks. We moved to muesli bars, I chose protein bar because that one was like the healthest bars there. For the sometimes food I did mega nuts because it looked like it had lots of chocolate in it.
The 4th one was snacks and it was hard because usually snacks are unhealthy but my mum found me one and it was called crustkits. For the unhealthy snacks I did dairy milk chocolate because it was very unheathy. The last thing was naming as much coloured veges and fruits. I did lots in green but the other colors I didn't do much because we only had about 5 minutes to do it. My group went back in the car and went to school but it was nerly morningtea and the other class went on the bus. Here is a photo. Blog you later!!!
